Cancellations

Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment: deposit will be charged.

No-Show
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will not be able to book with me again.
 
Late Arrivals
Arrivals 15+ minutes late: your appointment will be unfortunately be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.

Payment
Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer or card. Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.
 
Feedback
I always appreciate your feedback! You may receive a request to leave feedback after your appointment, or feel free to share your thoughts directly with me.
